All the prices are negotiable.
Evertything depends on how many weeks, which month, the number of persons and the choise of apartment.

We rent for 1 week, 2 weeks,1 month or 1 year.
If it´s someone that are looking for living in Spain under longer time we can make a good monthly rent.

Very important is that you try to take your holiday between these date:
1ª two- weeks period is between 1-15 of the month
2ª two- weeks period is between 16- 3o, end of the month

First step at the paying process is that you will pay a part, almost always 100 euros.
Later on goes step 1, we use a cash payment of the rest of the money when you arrive to the apartment.

Cleaning money :Just so we are sure that you leave the apartment in good conditions, we take 50 euro as a deposit. You are not alowed to take an apartment without paying this, either way we have to hire a cleaning lady.
